How do I pick up my t-shirt and bib?
Early packet pickup starting June 17th thru June 30th at the Foundation Offices at 175 Shinn Lane between 8:00 am and 4:30 pm. Drive thru packet pick-up will be Thursday, July 2nd from 2:00 – 5:00 pm and Friday, July 3rd from 2:00 pm - 7:00 pm at Hannibal Regional Foundation (175 Shinn Lane – enter parking lot from Forrest Drive). You can also register online before June 16th and choose to have your packet mailed to you.
When does the race begin?
Saturday, July 4, 2020 – Rolling start begins between 6:00 am and 7:00 am. Show up anytime during this hour and immediately begin your run.
What do participants receive?
Each participant will receive a Hannibal Cannibal t-shirt, bib, and finisher's medal.
Who receives awards?
Trophies are awarded to the top 3 overall male and female finishers in each distance. Medals are awarded to the top 3 finishers in each category. This year there will be no awards ceremony and trophies and medals will be mailed to the winners. Each participant receives a finisher's medal, which will be included in their packet.
Where is the race site located?
The start and finish of the race is located in downtown Hannibal, Missouri on North Main St. at the intersection of North Main and Hill St.
Are baby strollers allowed on the race route?
To ensure the safety of all participants, we do not allow baby strollers, carriages, scooters or other such items during the 5K run/walk or the 5K/10K/15K run.
Can I bring my dog to the race?
No, we love pets but cannot accommodate them at the event. The only exception is for required service dogs.
What do the proceeds from the Hannibal Cannibal support?
In 2020, all proceeds from the Cannibal will benefit Hannibal Regional Foundation’s Heroes Fund.
I’m coming in from out of town, where can I stay?

Are there restroom facilities at the race location?
Yes, port-a-potties are located directly behind the race location at the Hannibal Y-Men’s facility or bathroom facilities are available at the Hannibal Parks & Recreation bathroom facility located on Hill Street.
Will water be available during the race?
Yes, in addition to water at the end of the race, there will be a hydration station at the 5k turnaround. This year runners are encouraged to bring their own water bottles.
Is parking available at the race location?
On street parking is available throughout downtown.
Where can I get the race results?
Race results will be posted at 10:00 am on hannibalcannibal.com.
Where do runners get their timing device?
We will be using a timing system that utilizes a disposable timing tag that is attached to your bib number. It eliminates the need to return the timing chips at the end of the race, and also eliminates lost timing chip fees.
